- In these Terms and Conditions, 'Service(s) or Item(s)' means: all item(s) and services supplied to the Customer by Wiggled and/or third parties engaged by it, as well as all other work performed by Wiggled for the benefit of the Customer, of whatever nature, performed in the context of an assignment, including work that is not performed at the express request of the Customer.
- Deviations from the terms and conditions are only valid if expressly agreed in writing with Wiggled.
- The applicability of purchase or other conditions of the Customer is expressly rejected, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Article 2. | Agreement & order
- The Agreement is concluded the moment you place an order and Wiggled accepts this order. Wiggled will process the order after payment has been received. Wiggled is the sole owner of the item(s) until payment is received.
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation that payment has been accepted and an email with the confirmation and details of your order.
- All item(s) are partly handmade and may therefore differ slightly or show imperfections. Images and specifications are indicative. The description is sufficiently detailed to enable a proper assessment of the offer by the Customer. If Wiggled uses images, this is a true representation of the item(s) and/or services offered, but colors on an image may differ from reality. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Wiggled. If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it (see article 6), but it cannot give rise to a claim or dissolution of the Agreement.
- The offer is without obligation. Wiggled is entitled to change and adjust the offer.
- We may not be able to accept your order if (a) an item you have ordered is out of stock, (b) your debit/credit card expires within 28 days of your date of purchase (c) we are unable to authorize your payment or (d) if we identify a product or pricing error. Article 4. | Dispatch
- Wiggled charges €4.95 shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands. Shipping within the Netherlands is carried out by PostNL.
- The shipping time of Wiggled within the Netherlands depends on the order and stock. It takes approximately one (1) to three (3) business days for the order to be shipped. The delivery time is then between one (1) and five (5) working days. Wiggled always strives for a speedy delivery after payment of the Agreement. The delivery time cannot be seen as a deadline and it is not possible to submit a claim.
- Wiggled charges €7.95 shipping costs for orders outside the Netherlands, but within Europe. Outside Europe, Wiggled charges €19.95 shipping costs and we use an adjusted shipping and delivery time.
- If the delivery takes place in non-EU countries, the Customer may have to pay additional duties, taxes or surcharges to the responsible customs or tax authorities and/or banks. It is recommended that the Customer inquires about the details before placing the order with us.
- The delivery of item(s) per shipment takes place at the delivery address specified by the Customer. If the Customer incurs additional costs due to the indication of a wrong delivery address or a wrong addressee or other circumstances that lead to the impossibility of delivery, these must be reimbursed by the Customer. The costs of sending the goods are excluded from this rule if the Customer has effectively exercised his right of withdrawal. Here it remains with the statutory regulation or the regulation of the seller.
- The option to pick up an order is not offered.
- Wiggled itself determines the method of packaging and transport.
Article 5. | Return
- Of course we hope that you are satisfied with the order. If you have changed your mind or if the order does not meet expectations, you can easily return the order within thirty (30) days according to the conditions and instructions stated below. The reflection period starts on the day of receipt of the order by you or a representative designated by you in advance and made known to us. After the stated period, returns are no longer possible.
- We request that you check the item(s) within 48 hours for damage, defects and correct numbers. For example, it is possible that the order was packaged incorrectly or that something happened during transport. In this case, please contact us directly by e-mail. Wiggled strives to respond to this as quickly as possible. If you inform us about transport damage after 48 hours, your right to warranty will lapse.
- The returned item(s) must be in unused/undamaged condition so that it can be resold. Used items are not accepted as returns. The item(s) is considered 'used' if it is damaged, dirty or has visible signs of use, such as the imprint of the buckle.
- A return form is included with the order as standard. We ask you to fill this in and send it with the return of the item(s), so that we can match the order with the return. Insufficient or unstamped shipments and shipments without a sender will be refused and/or not reimbursed by us.
- You must be able to prove that the item(s) has been returned on time (within 30 days). We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and keep proof of postage.
- Pack the item(s) securely and securely to ensure that it is not damaged in transit. We recommend that you use the original packaging if possible. The risk and the burden of proof for the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal lie with you.

Return address:

Article 6. | exchange

Article 9. | Force majeur
- It is possible that there is force majeure, which is understood to mean: All external causes, beyond the control or fault of Wiggled. As a result, the timely, complete or correct fulfillment of the Agreement is no longer possible and Wiggled cannot therefore fulfill its obligations under this Agreement.
